\nthe Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The petitioun-er’~Vis
\nengaged in the business of manufacturing and  .

\ninto an Liquid Product Sales Agreement
\nof which the petitioner was requfired tofsulpply
\nmeters of liquid oxygen and  epbicrneterslvfof liquid
\nnitrogen every month to  at the  rate of
\nRs.8.10 ps. Per cubic Vofffgen and liquid
\nnitrogen. The  ‘\u00a7}\u00a2asipV.fffor sixty months
\n the said agreement, the
\nrespondent’   agreed that it would take<\/p>\n
atieast _5,,67,oo’o pubis meters of liquid oxygen and 2,43,ooo<\/p>\n
 Vcubicarieiiers  liquid””nVitrogen in any calendar month. On<\/p>\n
 respondent informed the petitioner about its<\/p>\n
‘   inahility totiift: balance quantity of liquid oxygen and liquid<\/p>\n
dff”‘-..\u00ab.4_’i1i.trogen” the month of September 2006 due to loss of<\/p>\n
  eiistoriiers and requested the petitioner to waive the minimum<\/p>\n
 Mtakei or pay quantity for the month of September 2006. Suffice<\/p>\n
