RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n\n  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n            W.P.(C).No.22581 of 2009-P\n\n  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n      Dated this the 17th day of August, 2009.\n\n                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p> The impugned orders have been issued on the<\/p>\n<p> ground  that  the  acquired   land  and  the  land<\/p>\n<p> covered   by  the  judgment   relied  on   by  the<\/p>\n<p> petitioners   in  support   of   their  respective<\/p>\n<p> applications under Section 28A(1) of the LA Act<\/p>\n<p> belonged to different categories. This is no<\/p>\n<p> ground at all. It is also unfortunate that the<\/p>\n<p> respondents have prepared printed forms or typed<\/p>\n<p> forms   of  the  impugned   order  which  contains<\/p>\n<p> unsustainable reasons. The impugned orders are<\/p>\n<p> quashed and Exts.P2 and P2(a) shall be taken up<\/p>\n<p> by   the   competent    among   the   respondents,<\/p>\n<p> considered and disposed of in accordance with law<\/p>\n<p> at the earliest, at any rate, within 45 days from<\/p>\n<p> the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p> The writ petition is ordered accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                      THOTTATHIL B.
