After parties led evidence, the trial Court held the\ufb01-\ufb01lejee<\/p>\n
sons of Chajrmegowda namely, Kengegowda;  <\/p>\n

5) I have heard Sri. Amama\ufb02i Simha, learned<\/p>\n
counsel appearing for the appeilants in botli<\/p>\n
appeals and perused the judgarnems of the  <\/p>\n

committed serious error in  ‘\u00a3hafQ_VV:(Zvhaiig1eg0wda,
\nthe propositus of theA—.f\u00e9;mi\u00a3s} ” so13′.eHa11d not 6
\nsome as contemied by,t$1e  in this regard,
\nboth the    Veefmpleteiy ignored the
\nevide:eee.–.of .. W\/0. Muddegowda. He<\/p>\n
further cE;1;teI1ded.’4i;3jat:’::t;he Courts below have committed<\/p>\n
 _ A’ ergje\ufb01tf  holding:  Kengegowda, Kodigowda arid<\/p>\n
 ‘ \u00a7iu:ea\u00a7jgeW\u00a7ia.we:e given in adoption to ether families. It<\/p>\n
 his  “submission that even if the \ufb01nding of the<\/p>\n
 eei1\u00a2w that these three sons of Channegewda had<\/p>\n
A if  gven in acieption to other families is accepted, the<\/p>\n
fgiaetum of adoption could not divest their Vested rights,<\/p>\n
namely the rights acquired by them in eewpareenaxy<\/p>\n
