Misc. No. 1760 of 2011 but in the original<\/p>\n<p>                 bail petition of Cr. Misc. No. 1760 of 2011, in place of Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                 Trial No. 181 of 2010\/605 of 2010, it has wrongly been mentioned<\/p>\n<p>                 as Sessions Trial No. 18 of 2010\/605 of 2010 and the same defect<\/p>\n<p>                 occurred in order dated 28.02.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1760 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            In the aforesaid circumstance, this Modification Petition<\/p>\n<p>                 is allowed with direction to the petitioner to make necessary<\/p>\n<p>                 correction in original bail petition of Cr. Misc. No. 1760 of 2011 and<\/p>\n<p>                 similarly, in order dated 28.02.2011, in place of Sessions Trial No.<\/p>\n<p>                 18 of 2010\/605 of 2010, it should be read as Sessions Trial No.<\/p>\n<p>                 181 of 2010\/605 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The above-said order dated 28.02.2011 passed in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                 Misc. No. 1760 of 2011 is modified to the above-said extent.<\/p>\n<p>                            Let the order be communicated to the court of Additional<\/p>\n<p>                 Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court No.-V ), Gaya in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                 Sessions Trial No. 181 of 2010\/605 of 2010 arising out of Belaganj<\/p>\n<p>                 P.S.
