No.16329 of 2010\nSAJJAN PASWAN, son of Jhabbu Paswan, resident of village - Rahua,\nP.S. - Khagaria, Distt. - Khagaria.\n                                             -------- Petitioner.\n                              Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR                          ---- Opposite Party.\n                             -------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04.   29.10.2010           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for<\/p>\n<p>                   the State who is armed with carbon copy of the<\/p>\n<p>                   case diary up to paragraph 33 dated 28.07.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                           Petitioner     is    named    accused     in   this<\/p>\n<p>                   case, but only on the basis of extra judicial<\/p>\n<p>                   confession of the co-apprehended accused, there<\/p>\n<p>                   is nothing more against the petitioner nor he<\/p>\n<p>                   carries any criminal antecedent.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>                   of     the     case,    in     the    event       of   his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>                   four   weeks    of   receipt   of    the   copy   of   this<\/p>\n<p>                   order, petitioner, namely, Sajjan Paswan, is<\/p>\n<p>                   directed to be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                   bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>                   with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                   the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                   Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                   No. 36 of 2010, G.R.
