No.35761 of 2010\n                              VIJENDRA KUMAR SINGH\n                                          Versus\n                                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   25.11.2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                 as learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Allegedly, petitioner deposited forged National<\/p>\n<p>                 Saving Certificates as earnest money for obtaining Tender.<\/p>\n<p>                            At the very outset, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner points out that earlier GRP Police Case No. 29 of<\/p>\n<p>                 1998 was registered for theft of National Saving Certificates<\/p>\n<p>                 and during the course of investigation, it came to light that<\/p>\n<p>                 stolen National Saving Certificates were used by the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner and several other contractors. Petitioner and other<\/p>\n<p>                 persons moved for anticipatory bail before learned Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                 Judge and they were allowed privilege of anticipatory bail<\/p>\n<p>                 but again the instant case was lodged for the same<\/p>\n<p>                 occurrence. To fortify this fact, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-3 which is<\/p>\n<p>                 order dated 20.03.2007 passed by learned Sessions Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                 Patna in ABP No. 3974 of 2006 and others.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering     the      aforesaid   facts     and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed. In<\/p>\n<p>                 the event of arrest\/surrender within 30 days from receipt of<\/p>\n<p>                 the order, the petitioner, namely, Vijendra Kumar Singh shall<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>        (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Nawanagar P.S.
