Government Counsel is directed to accept the notice.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tSince the controversy raised in this writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 06th of February 2009 delivered in <a href=\"\/doc\/1303274\/\">Dhyan Raj Meena V. State of Rajasthan &amp; Ors.<\/a> passed in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No. 808\/2009 and other connected cases, therefore, both the counsel agreed for final disposal of the writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tI have gone through the contents of the writ petition and in view of the fact that the controversy raised in this writ petition is covered by the judgment of Dhyan Raj Meena, the said writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment of Dhyan Raj Meena.  The operative part of the judgment of Dhyan Raj Meena is as follows :-\n<\/p>\n<p>(2).\tCounsel for both the parties submit that the main controversy raised in all these writ petitions stands resolved by this Court vide its judgment dated 7.1.2009 rendered in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No. 5951\/2008 Smt. Priti Dixist V. State of Rajasthan and others, decided along with 1066 other connected writ petitions and the remaining controversy is covered by the judgment dated 13.1.2009 passed in <a href=\"\/doc\/243826\/\">Krishan Vijay Sharma and others V. State of Rajasthan and others<\/a>, SBCWP No.6530\/2008 and 52 other connected petitions.\n<\/p>\n<p>(3).\tSince it is difficult to examine each and every case individually with reference to the aforesaid decisions wherein various issues have been decided, therefore, all these writ petitions are decided in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 7.1.2009 as well as 13.1.2009 which shall apply in all these writ petitions to the extent wherever the controversy is the same for which the petitioners are free to make representation individually, within a period of fifteen days, to the State Government pointing out the controversy as well as the aforesaid judgments of this Court, which will be considered and decided by the State Government as per the aforesaid judgments.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe writ petition is disposed of as indicated above.\n<\/p>\n<p>(PREM SHANKER ASOPA),J.\n<\/p>\n<p>Gandhi<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">2<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rajasthan High Court Smt Sudha Yadav vs State Of Raj And Ors on 13 February, 2009 S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.1558\/2009 Smt.
