On perusal of the<br \/>\nRTI application of the Applicant, it has come to light that the Applicant has put forth some query in form<br \/>\nof an RTI, which does not come under the purview of RTI Act 2005. The Appellant is advised to file an<br \/>\nRTI application to seek the information available in the office, which he has agreed to do.&#8221; &#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information has been furnished to the Appellant by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Parvesh Kumar Kanojia;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. A. P. Jain, Dy. A&amp;C on behalf of Mr. Jagdip Chillar, PIO &amp; Jt. A&amp;C (CL Zone); Mr.<br \/>\n              R. K. Sharma, AE (EEM-II) (CL Zone);\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO has provided all the information available on the records. The Appellant wants to know why a<br \/>\ncertain property is not accessed to House Tax. The PIO had stated that there is no record on this matter<br \/>\nand hence there is no information which can be provided.
