RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                       Bail Application No. 7680 of 2006\n\n                                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                                  DATED: 10-01-2007\n\n\n                                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who is<\/p>\n<p>the  2nd  accused in Crime No. 254\/06  of Kuthiyathodu   Police Station<\/p>\n<p>for an offence punishable under Secs. 380     read with Sec. 34 I.P.C.,<\/p>\n<p>seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.      Having   regard   to   the   nature   of   the   allegations   levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the  petitioner  and the other  circumstances of the  case,  I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to   the   petitioner.     Accordingly,   a<\/p>\n<p>direction   is   issued   to   the   officer-in-charge   of   the   police   station<\/p>\n<p>concerned to release the petitioner on bail for a period of one month<\/p>\n<p>in   the   event   of   his   arrest   in   connection   with   the   above   case   on   his<\/p>\n<p>executing  a  bond  for  Rs.  10,000\/-   (Rupees   ten  thousand  only)   with<\/p>\n<p>two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction to the<\/p>\n<p>said officer and subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1. Petitioner   shall   report   before   the   Investigating   Officer   between   9   a.m.<\/p>\n<p>                 and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2.  The petitioner shall make  himself available for interrogation as and when<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.7680 of 2006                          -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                  required by the  Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           3.     The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the prosecution witnesses<\/p>\n<p>                  nor shall he  attempt to tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           4.     Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            5.
