In support of the arguments, learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the applicant placed reliance  on the decision of the<br \/>\nApex Court in the case of V.Abraham v. Inspector of Police, Chennai<br \/>\n[2005(1) GLH 22].\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, issue notice returnable on 14.07.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of para 10(b).\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>[Anant<br \/>\nS.
