In view of the<br \/>\nabove observation, this application stands disposed of. Notice is<br \/>\ndischarged.\n<\/p>\n<p>Office<br \/>\nto list main Special Civil Application on board on 16.12.2010.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nFrom the plain reading of this order, the petitioner (original<br \/>\nrespondent in Special Civil Application No.9288 of 2010) can take<br \/>\nappropriate steps for any order passed by the trial court or the<br \/>\nappropriate court. But without availing the remedy, the petitioner by<br \/>\nmaking hue and cry that the respondent authority is not giving<br \/>\nelectric connection to the petitioner though the petitioner has<br \/>\ndeposited the amount. It is submitted by learned advocate Ms.Lilu<br \/>\nBhaya for the respondent that the petitioner has already withdrawn<br \/>\nthe Special Civil Application No.9288 of 2010 on 16.12.2010 and<br \/>\nthereafter the petitioner has filed Second Appeal before this Court<br \/>\nand the same is listed for hearing on 17.2.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nIt transpires from the order that this Court has not passed the order<br \/>\nfor depositing the amount or for restoring the electric connection<br \/>\nand therefore this application is misconceived and requires to be<br \/>\nrejected.
