Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :22\/10\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                   ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n              W.P.(C) No. 31271 OF 2007W\n            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n           Dated this the 22nd October, 2007\n\n                    J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    Aggrieved by Ext. P1 order of assessment for the<\/p>\n<p>year 2003-04 petitioner has filed Ext. P2 appeal and<\/p>\n<p>Ext. P3 stay petition.     While orders are awaited,<\/p>\n<p>revenue recovery proceedings have been initiated by<\/p>\n<p>Exts. P5 and P6.  Ext. P7 also is a show cause notice<\/p>\n<p>issued  to  the   petitioner   calling  upon  him  why<\/p>\n<p>proceedings under Section 65 of the Revenue Recovery<\/p>\n<p>Act shall not be initiated.   It is in this background<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>    2. Now that the appeal and stay petition are<\/p>\n<p>pending before the 2nd respondent, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition directing that the 2nd respondent shall<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext. P2 appeal of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate<\/p>\n<p>within six weeks of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>I also direct that further proceedings pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>Exts.
