Intimate the actual amount paid for booking of community Hall-Dabri (Ground Floor), Near\n      MTNL Exchange office (Ward No.129-Dabri in Najafgarh Zone), for the day marriage function on\n      14-12-2009.\n   2. Provide me certified copy of Application form and its Annexures which were submitted for the\n      booking of community Hall-Dabri (Ground Floor), Near MTNL Exchange office (Ward No. 129-\n      Dabri in Najafgarh Zone), for the day marriage function on 14-12-2009.\n\nThe PIO reply:\n   1. Booking of the Dhabdi Communities House first floor for wedding by Shri Gyan Singh R\/O B-\n      1\/154, Gali No 3 Shiv Market, Vijay Enclave. And booking date 29-09-2009 or wedding date is\n      14-02-2009. Actual cost was of the booking Rs- 10510. In which included heritage amount.\n      Enclosed his receipt.\n   2. Appllent had booked the Dhabdi Communities House with the copy of the application, voter id\n      card, ration card, bank pass book and daughter photographs. Old ration card had been putted in the\n      Nigam store. But ration card had been destroyed due to the water. So ration card is not avilable.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory reply was given to the appellant by the PIO.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\"The appellant Sh. Harish Kumar did not turn up\nwhereas Sh. Hukam Chand A.O.\/NGZ, on behalf of PIO appeared and heard.\n   On perusal of record it is seen that the reply has already been furnished to the appellant which is found\nproper and satisfactory.\"\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nAppellant was not satisfied with PIO and unsatisfactory order was given by the FAA.\n Relevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Harish Kumar;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr. Hukum Chand, AO on behalf of Mr. Dilip Singh, PIO &amp; AC; and Mr. Anup Singh,<br \/>\n               APRO;\n<\/p>\n<p>The respondent has claimed that certain records had been destroyed during rains in 2010. However, he<br \/>\nclaims that such a damaging\/destruction of records has not been claimed the then community worker Mr.<br \/>\nAnup Singh Dagar. The Commission directs Dy. Commissioner Mr. J. B. Singh to inquire into the matter<br \/>\nand if the record is available ensure that the information is sent to the Appellant by the PIO. If however,<br \/>\nthe record is not available appropriate action should be taken against Mr. Anup Singh Dagar for using<br \/>\nrecords and not informing anybody about this.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO is also directed to provide a split-up of the Rs.10510\/- which were deposited in MCD&#8217;s account.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO is directed to either provide the information to the Appellant or send a copy<br \/>\nof the Dy.
