No.31008 of 2009\n             ---------------------------------\n            Dated, this the 2nd day of November, 2009\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner submits that he was working as a Cook in the<\/p>\n<p>A.R. camp on daily wages since 21\/12\/1986. His services were<\/p>\n<p>terminated by Ext.P5 order dated 29\/02\/2008, and he had filed<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 representation requesting for appointment against any of the<\/p>\n<p>vacancies, and that was also rejected by Ext.P7 order dated<\/p>\n<p>22\/03\/2008. It is challenging Exts.P5 &amp; P7, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.
