Misc. No. 30459 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Taking that into consideration, prayer of the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                     is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 232 of 2010 above<\/p>\n<p>                     named petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                     of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., West Champaran at<\/p>\n<p>                     Bettiah subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/p>\n<p>                     of Cr.
