Mr. Daya Kant Mishra, The Finance Officer, Jai Prakash University, Chapra,\nDistt.- Chapra\n-----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>6\/    29\/06\/2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, for<\/p>\n<p>                     the Jai Prakash University, for the Baba Saheb Bheem<\/p>\n<p>                     Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur and for<\/p>\n<p>                     the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Learned   counsel    for   the petitioner fairly<\/p>\n<p>                     submits that the contempt application may be disposed<\/p>\n<p>                     in similar terms as the order in M.J.C. No.1930\/10<\/p>\n<p>                     along with M.J.C.
