Learned counsel, Mr.Dhaval Dave<br \/>\nhas filed note today though in fact on earlier occasion, it was<br \/>\nconveyed and impressed upon that suitable letter may be addressed or<br \/>\nappropriate note may be placed on record if his client is not<br \/>\ninterested. Therefore, today note\/letter addressed to the Registrar,<br \/>\nHigh Court of Gujarat, Ahmedabad is sought to be placed on record<br \/>\nstating that the client has taken away papers on 23rd<br \/>\nMarch, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThus,<br \/>\nwhen it has been taken recently, client is very much aware about the<br \/>\nfact and, therefore, no notice is required to be issued.
