SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                        --------------------------\n                    W.P.(C)NO. 22342 OF 2001\n                        -------------------------\n           DATED THIS THE 20th DAY OF JULY, 2007\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is the auction purchaser of a piece of land<\/p>\n<p>comprised in Survey No.63\/27 of Santhanpara Village. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits that the 5th respondent is the owner of the adjacent land<\/p>\n<p>which the petitioner purchased. According to him, respondents 3 and<\/p>\n<p>4 in collusion with the 5th respondent managed to demarcate the<\/p>\n<p>properties in such a way that the petitioner is deprived of the actual<\/p>\n<p>land purchased by him and the fertile land was alloted to the 5th<\/p>\n<p>respondent.    With this complaint, the petitioner has filed Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>representation before the 1st respondent. The petitioner now seeks a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P5. In the facts and circumstances of the case I direct the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5, after<\/p>\n<p>affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the<\/p>\n<p>5th respondent, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        S.
