A. No. 2020 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                          The appellant no. 4 has renewed his prayer<\/p>\n<p>                 for bail through this interlocutory application on the<\/p>\n<p>                 ground of his detention since 31.3.2006.<\/p>\n<p>                          Learned counsel for the appellant submitted<\/p>\n<p>                 that the First Information Report has indicated that<\/p>\n<p>                 Suresh Sharma was dragged and beaten by all the five<\/p>\n<p>                 named accused persons, namely, Bhrigudev Sharma,<\/p>\n<p>                 Ashutosh Sharma, Gyaneshwar Sharma, Sidharth<\/p>\n<p>                 Kumar Sharma and Mitunjay Sharma.           Therefore,<\/p>\n<p>                 there was no specific allegation against any of the<\/p>\n<p>                 accused persons in the initial version but later on<\/p>\n<p>                 some roles have been attributed to them, so the<\/p>\n<p>                 evidence becomes doubtful in view of the first version<\/p>\n<p>                 of the informant. It has also been submitted that other<\/p>\n<p>                 accused persons, namely, Bhrigudev Sharma and<\/p>\n<p>                 Ashutosh Sharma whose case, according to the fard-<\/p>\n<p>                 beyan, was also identical to the case of the appellant<\/p>\n<p>                 have been admitted to bail.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                 Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>       the case, I. A. No. 2020 of 2011 is allowed. During the<\/p>\n<p>       pendency of this appeal, the appellant no. 4 named<\/p>\n<p>       above is directed to be released on furnishing of bail<\/p>\n<p>       bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>       of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajiv<\/p>\n<p>       Srivastava, Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.
