Admittedly, he<\/p>\n<p>is not the lowest tenderer. But, he says that the<\/p>\n<p>fourth respondent, who is the lowest tenderer,<\/p>\n<p>does not have the necessary licences under the<\/p>\n<p>relevant laws. The learned standing counsel for<\/p>\n<p>theCDB  states that   the  tender  has   not been<\/p>\n<p>finalised. Obviously, the activities in relation<\/p>\n<p>to the fire works can be authorised and carried<\/p>\n<p>out only in accordance with laws. Therefore, the<\/p>\n<p>CDB will ensure that the work is entrusted only<\/p>\n<p>to person who would be duly authorized with<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC.3175\/11             -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p> necessary licence in accordance with the law<\/p>\n<p> relating to explosives.
