Case No. 252\/2009 for<\/p>\n<p>                        offences under sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                        Code and Section 27of the Arms Act and Section 302<\/p>\n<p>                        of the Indian Penal Code was further added.<\/p>\n<p>                                     In this case instituted against unknown,<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner&#8217;s name emerged during investigation, but<\/p>\n<p>                        only, as submitted, on mere suspicion and there is<\/p>\n<p>                        absolutely nothing corroborating such submissions.<\/p>\n<p>                        Learned Additional Public Prosecutor who is armed<\/p>\n<p>                        with carbon copy of the case diary failed to refute such<\/p>\n<p>                        submissions.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                        the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a<br \/>\n            period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>           enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>           10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>           like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>           Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Boroon<\/p>\n<p>           P.S.
