Whether the judgement should be reported in the Digest ?\n\nM.M.KUMAR, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>               The prayer made by the petitioner is for issuance of a direction<\/p>\n<p>to the respondents to regularise his services as Tracer either w.e.f.<\/p>\n<p>26.10.1982 as per instructions of even date (P.3) or from the date of his<\/p>\n<p>initial appointment as Tracer w.e.f. 1.4.1985. A further prayer for framing<\/p>\n<p>seniority list of the petitioner and other Tracers working in the Irrigation<\/p>\n<p>Department under Rule 12 of the Punjab Public Works Department<\/p>\n<p>(Irrigation Branch) Draftsman and Tracer&#8217;s State Service Class III Rules,<\/p>\n<p>1960 be prepared.\n<\/p>\n<p>               At the outset, Ms. Sudeepti Sharma, learned State counsel has<\/p>\n<p>placed on record seniority list dated 8.10.2008 (Mark &#8220;A&#8221;) showing<\/p>\n<p>seniority of the Tracers upto 31.7.2008. She has further stated that the name<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner appears at serial no. 203 and his services have been<\/p>\n<p>regularised w.e.f. 1.4.1985.
