 th.e”c1aiIn’~peti’tion in MVC.No.80\/2004 before the Claims<\/p>\n
Tribunai  \ufb01rsikere, seeking compensation for the<\/p>\n
‘~.__death..of\u00ab;_ said Virupakshappa who died in the motor
\nA  accident that occurred on 2.10.2003 at about<\/p>\n
.   2.00 p.m. According to the claimants, the deceased was<\/p>\n
f’.\n<\/p>\n
at Rs.8,037\/– though as per the documentary evidence<\/p>\n
his monthly gross salary was Rs.8,492\/–; that<\/p>\n
light of the law laid down by the Apex Court   ~<\/p>\n

  We have perused the judgment under appeal.<\/p>\n
 “There is no serious dispute that the deceased was<\/p>\n

to claimants 2 to 4 put together appears to be on the<\/p>\n
lower side having regard to fact that claimants 2. and 3<\/p>\n

as such the Tribunal is not justified in  _<\/p>\n
Rs. 10,000 \/- under this head. Therefore. w\u00e9”are’_iinCi.ined.a: * R<\/p>\n

enhuaneingh”  eornpensation to Rs.12.96,312\/- as<\/p>\n

 eornpensation of Rs.3,61,312\/- shall carry<\/p>\n
 from the date of the petition to the date of<\/p>\n
