Ad-interim relief granted<br \/>\nearlier is confirmed.  The<br \/>\noriginal claimant\/s shall  be  at  liberty to  withdraw 30% of the<br \/>\ndeposited  amount subject to the outcome of the appeal.  The<br \/>\nremaining amount shall be  invested  by  the  Tribunal by  way  of  a<br \/>\n fixed  deposit  with a   nationalised bank initially for a period of<br \/>\nthree  years and  on  maturity shall be renewed by one year at a time<br \/>\n  without any  further  orders  in this regard  till  the   disposal<br \/>\nof   the   appeal.  The interest accruing on the said deposit shall<br \/>\nbe paid quarterly to the claimant\/s.  The Fixed Deposit, though in<br \/>\nthe name of the claimant\/s, the receipt shall be retained by the<br \/>\nTribunal.   Rule  is  made  absolute accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>(K.S.
