Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :12\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                  W.P.(C) No. 17209 OF 2008 - W\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n\n                   Dated this the 12th June 2008\n\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner submits that he has completed the construction of a<\/p>\n<p>commercial building which is situated within the jurisdiction of the<\/p>\n<p>respondent Panchayat. He applied for a completion certificate and<\/p>\n<p>for numbering the building. Thereupon, according to the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>by Ext. P7 he was asked to produce a copy of the plan and that too<\/p>\n<p>has also been complied with.       Despite all these, final orders have<\/p>\n<p>not been passed on the application for completion certificate and<\/p>\n<p>for numbering the building. It is complaining of the delay in this<\/p>\n<p>regard that this writ petition has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>     2.
