As the road near the place<\/p>\n<p>V &#8221; -. Q\ufb01 accident is sufficientiy Wide, the deceased could have<\/p>\n<p>averteci the accident by swerving his vehicle to his right<br \/>\nside. Therefere, the Tribunal shouid have heicl that the<br \/>\n\u00e9eeeased was either absolutely or partially negligent for<\/p>\n<p>the cause of the accident. The learned counsel further<\/p>\n<p>ks  <\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">5<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>9. In the case on hand, the deceased was<\/p>\n<p>maintaixling not oniy the parents but also hjieyounger<\/p>\n<p>brother.
