       The   petitioner   is   aggrieved   by   non-approval   of   his<\/p>\n
promotion as Lower Grade Hindi Teacher in the 1st  respondent’s<\/p>\n
School.     Raising   this   grievance,   the   petitioner   has   filed   Ext.P7<\/p>\n
before   the   6th  respondent.     The   petitioner   seeks   expeditious<\/p>\n
disposal of the same.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
       2.    I have heard the learned Government pleader also.  In<\/p>\n
the   facts   and   circumstances   of   the   case,   there   would   be   a<\/p>\n
direction to the 6th  respondent to consider and pass appropriate<\/p>\n
orders on Ext.P7 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n
three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,<\/p>\n
after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and<\/p>\n
respondents 1 and 5.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
       The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n
