Having gone through the order passed by the learned Single Judge<\/p>\n<p>carefully, we are of the opinion that the view taken by the learned Single Judge<\/p>\n<p>is correct and no interference is warranted. This writ appeal fails. Therefore,<\/p>\n<p>the appeal requires to be rejected.
