It<br \/>\n\tfurther transpires that the<br \/>\n\tapplicant has never enjoyed temporary bail, but enjoyed furlough<br \/>\n\ttwice and enjoyed parole twice, and she surrendered in time before<br \/>\n\tthe jail authority. Along with this application, copy of invitation<br \/>\n\tcard is also annexed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances of the case, it is expedient to partly<br \/>\n\tallow the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplication succeeds in part and is accordingly partly allowed. The<br \/>\n\tapplicant &#8211; convict is ordered to be released on temporary<br \/>\n\tbail for a period of 10 days from the date of her actual release,<br \/>\n\tupon her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\n\tFive Thousand Only) before the jail authority on usual terms and<br \/>\n\tconditions. After the period is over, the applicant shall surrender<br \/>\n\tto the jail authority.
