He has also asked several questions related to selection like tenure,<br \/>\nselection process, details of the person appointed on the post of Assistant Manger<br \/>\n(Mktg.\/Sales), Sales Supervisor, Store keeper (if appointed), details of resignation (If<br \/>\nResigned), details of promotion, name of the working employee on above said post at<br \/>\npresent, details of employees working on the post of Hakim in Tibbiya College of AMU<br \/>\nAligarh in past and present. He has also enquired about the available Pack Medicine in store<br \/>\nat present and used to in the past during the tenure of former Manager Avid Kadir, balance<br \/>\navailable in the account and dues on Tibbiya College.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO&#8217;s Reply:\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO replied to the appellant that:<br \/>\nSl. BUMMS or equivalent. Having 10 years experience in<br \/>\n                                  the Job. Practicing Hakim with knowledge of Business<br \/>\n                                  in Unani Medicine. Good working knowledge in Urdu,<br \/>\n                                  Hindi and English.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     OR<br \/>\n                                  Post Graduate in Commerce or MA from a recognized<br \/>\n                                  University. Experience in the business of Unani<br \/>\n                                  Medicine of at least 10 years having good working<br \/>\n                                  knowledge in Urdu, Hindi and English. The candidate<br \/>\n                                  should preferably be above 45 years of age.<br \/>\n                                  Note: 1.
