No.15891 of 2010\n                      BHIKHARI RAUT, SON OF LATE GANAUR RAUT\n                                           Versus\n                                    STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   25.06.2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                  offence under Sections 498(A), 304(B) and 34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                  Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Even though in the First Information Report the<\/p>\n<p>                  allegation is that the daughter of the Informant was done to<\/p>\n<p>                  death by her in-laws but during investigation some witnesses<\/p>\n<p>                  stated that in fact, the deceased had accidentally burnt and<\/p>\n<p>                  efforts were taken to douse the fire by co-villagers and the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner was not present in the village on the said date.<\/p>\n<p>                             In view of such, let the petitioner above named, be<\/p>\n<p>                  released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five<\/p>\n<p>                  thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                  satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at<\/p>\n<p>                  Motihari, East Champaran, in Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 28 of<\/p>\n<p>                  2009 subject to the following conditions: (i)That one of the<\/p>\n<p>                  bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an<\/p>\n<p>                  affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner. The bailor will undertake to furnish information to the<\/p>\n<p>                  court about any change in address of the petitioner.
