Justice P.BHAVADASAN\n\n Dated :13\/02\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                J.B.KOSHY, Ag.C.J. &amp; P.BHAVADASAN, J.\n                       --------------------------------------\n                        W.P(C)No.4159 of 2009\n                        -------------------------------------\n                       Dated 13th February, 2009\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Koshy, Ag.C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>            This is a petition seeking appropriate direction to revoke<\/p>\n<p>the FL3 licence granted to the third respondent in view of the<\/p>\n<p>declassification of the &#8220;Naduluveettil Resorts&#8221;                from the heritage<\/p>\n<p>category.    The question whether at the initial time alone the<\/p>\n<p>classification is necessary or not is not a matter to be decided in this<\/p>\n<p>petition. The present licence is only up to 31.3.2009.
