02\/-   18\/07\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n
                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                                      Petitioner is one of the named accused in this case with<\/p>\n
                        general allegation of being member of a mob lodging protest against<\/p>\n
                        non-installation of a transformer in their locality in spite of its<\/p>\n
                        availability. Further, there is general allegation of putting fire and<\/p>\n
                        getting some important paper and materials.\n<\/p>\n
                                      Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and<\/p>\n
                        general allegation, in the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court<\/p>\n
                        below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Munna Kumar, be<\/p>\n
                        enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<\/p>\n
                        only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n
                        Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection<\/p>\n
                        with Danapur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2010, subject to condition laid<\/p>\n
                        down under Section 438 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code with<\/p>\n
                        additional condition to remain physically present before the court<\/p>\n
                        below on each and every date at least for three years or till disposal of<\/p>\n
                        the case, whichever is earlier, in case of failure on two consecutive<\/p>\n
                        dates, without giving any reasonable explanation, the liberty granted<\/p>\n
                        shall be deemed to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
