Petitioner.\n                                        Versus\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.      27.06.2011              Heard Mr. Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sharma, learned A.P.P.<\/p>\n<p>                       for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    It is submitted that the petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>                       made accused only on the suspicion, he had himself<\/p>\n<p>                       participated in the interview for the post of constable<\/p>\n<p>                                    Learned A.P.P. for the State could not<\/p>\n<p>                       controvert the contention of the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner while opposing the prayer.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                       this case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to<\/p>\n<p>                       surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna<\/p>\n<p>                       within a period of three weeks and pray for bail. In that<\/p>\n<p>                       event, the petitioner will be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                       furnishing bail bond of Rs.7000\/-(Seven thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>                       with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                       satisfaction of the said Court in connection with Hawai<\/p>\n<p>                       Adda P. S.
