Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel appearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      The petitioners are accused in Pindrajora P.S. Case no.100 of<\/p>\n<p>2010 registered under Sections 376\/511 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                      Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that even<\/p>\n<p>if the entire allegations levelled in the first information report against these petitoners<\/p>\n<p>are taken to be true, no offence is made out under Sections 376\/511 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>Penal Code, rather at best an offence under Section 354 is made out.<\/p>\n<p>                      Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro in Pindrajora<\/p>\n<p>P.S. Case no.100 of 2010 (G.R.
