P (C) No. 12825 of 2008\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                   Dated this, the 11th April, 2008.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is a U.P. School Assistant in an aided school of<\/p>\n<p>which the 4th respondent is the manager. He is challenging the staff<\/p>\n<p>fixation order passed by the 3rd respondent for the year 2006-2007 on<\/p>\n<p>the ground that the benefit of 1:40 teacher-student ratio has not been<\/p>\n<p>allowed in the case to retain a teacher who was reverted, as a result<\/p>\n<p>of which the petitioner was ousted from service. Challenging the staff<\/p>\n<p>fixation order, the petitioner has filed Ext. P3 appeal before the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the same.<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Ext. P3 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after<\/p>\n<p>affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent and the teacher who was reverted, consequent to which<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has been ousted from service.<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner shall forward a certified copy of this judgment<\/p>\n<p>along with a copy of the writ petition to the 2nd       respondent for<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Sd\/- S.
