SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                     --------------------------------\n\n                     W.P.(C)No. 35073 OF 2007\n\n                   -----------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 28th day of November, 2007\n\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The   petitioner   has   been   working   as   Lower   Grade   Hindi<\/p>\n<p>Teacher   in   the   upper   primary   section   of   Muslim   Girls&#8217;   Higher<\/p>\n<p>Secondary School, Kaniyapuram for the last five years. According<\/p>\n<p>to her, she has acquired necessary qualification for promotion as<\/p>\n<p>High   School   Assistant   (English)   and   she   is   a   rightful   claimant<\/p>\n<p>under Rule 43 of Chapter XIVA of the Kerala Education Rules for<\/p>\n<p>such promotion.  She also claims that there are vacancies of HSA<\/p>\n<p>(English)   in   the   school   under   the   same   management.     Her<\/p>\n<p>complaint   is   that   her   claim   is   not   being   considered   by   the<\/p>\n<p>Manager.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     In   the   above   circumstances,   the   petitioner   has   filed<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 representation before the 2nd  respondent.   The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>seeks expeditious disposal of the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     I have heard the learned Government pleader also.  In<\/p>\n<p>the   facts   and   circumstances   of   the   case,   there   would   be   a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 2nd  respondent to consider and pass appropriate<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c) No.35073\/07                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>orders   on   Ext.P2   as   expeditiously   as   possible,   at   any   rate,<\/p>\n<p>within   one   month   from   the   date   of   receipt   of   a   copy   of   this<\/p>\n<p>judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner as well as the 1st respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                      S.
