Provide the reason?\n        b) After how much time I will get my ration card. Provide the information.\n        c) What action has been taken till now against the delay of the same.\n\nReply from the PIO:\nThe appellant was informed that the department has decided not to issue the BPL cards to the people\nliving in jhuggies. That's why the application was not considered and no action was taken.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory information provided by PIO.\n\nFAA's Order:-\nThe commission has gone through the information asked by the Appellant. Considering all the facts i.e.\nRTI application, appeal application, information provided and documents on record, the undersigned\nconcludes that the reply to the RTI application of the appellant has been given by the PIO\/Asst.\nCommissioner (South) to the appellant. Hence, the case is closed.\n       As per section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act 2005, if the appellant is not satisfied with the\nabove order\/ information provided, he may file an second appeal within 90 days of the issue of this order.\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory information was provided.\n Relevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>Both the parties were given an opportunity for hearing. However, neither party appeared. From a perusal<br \/>\nof the papers it appears that the complete information as per records has been provided to the Appellant.<br \/>\nThe Appellant in the appeal has not mentioned the reasons for his dissatisfaction.
