These cases are\n\n oompiamt filed by respondent section 200<\/pre>\n<p>&#8212; Cr.P .{3.\n<\/p>\n<p>V n ; A_ It &#8220;is the ease of respondent that petitiener used to<\/p>\n<p>.&#8217;   gmvceries from the shop of respondent and on that<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;&#8221;a\u00a7:cou33t petii\ufb01oner was $116: in a sum of Rs.17,34,666\/&#8211; to<\/p>\n<p>respon\u00e9ent. The petitioner had made certain payments and<\/p>\n<p>a sum of Rs.4,0?&#8217;,136\/- through a bankegqcheque. After<\/p>\n<p>{,4<br \/>\n _ y<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">: 3 :<\/span><br \/>\ndeducting aforestated payments petitiener was found Vdtie in<br \/>\na sum of Rs.13,27,S5{)\/~. in order to<br \/>\npetitioner issued 4 cheques in all for     M<br \/>\nRs.13,2&#8242;?,55{)f~ to respondent.   V&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>were dishonored. The dishonor of  .&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;issuance of statutory notice. Vt  feply &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>notice denying his  tq. &#8216; amo\ufb01zlt. The<br \/>\npetitioner contended t11u\u00e9tt&#8217;t\ufb01he sum Of Rs.6<\/p>\n<p>iakhs from the 1fe3p__0ndeiit;&#8217; &#8216;   &#8216;had given blank<\/p>\n<p>cheques as  promptly repaid the sai\u00e9<br \/>\nloan amew:tt,\u00bbb1&#8217;1t&#8217; did not return the cheques.<\/p>\n<p>Thereibze, petitje\ufb01iet&#8221; hes \ufb01enied the allegation that he has<\/p>\n<p>  &#8220;ejfenee under seetien 138 of Negetiabie<\/p>\n<p>A  Ag;-\u00a2.&#8211;?\n<\/p>\n<p>  h&#8217;  the evidence of complainant (Iesponcient)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;W-&#8216;ae..4_c}e\u00e9\u00a7ed petitiener was examined under sec\ufb01on 313, the<\/p>\n<p>.&#8217;  &#8216;pve\ufb01tieeer mach: three applications invoking previsions of<\/p>\n<p>t  &#8216;&#8221;Sec.91 and 243 Cr.P.C and under sec\ufb01on 45 of the Evidence<\/p>\n<p>Aet. The learned trial Judge dismissed the applications.<\/p>\n<p>Aggrieved by the same petitioner was before revisiona} court.<\/p>\n<p>The revisional court has concurred with the fm&amp;ix1gsV.of the<br \/>\ntrial court; and dismissed the revision petitions. <\/p>\n<p>petitioner is before this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>4. The petitioner has sought for \u00a7Iod12.etion of<\/p>\n<p>income tax returns anti books of account maintained by<\/p>\n<p>Within a limited time. There cannot be any<br \/>\ndoubt whatsoever that the accused should zgot<br \/>\nbe allowe\u00e9 to unnecessarily protracting   A&#8217;<br \/>\nor summon Witnesses whose evidence wotiiel not &#8220;a <\/p>\n<p>be at all relevant.&#8221;   _<\/p>\n<p>The accused has right to  &#8216;7.de\u00a3\u00a7n\u00a7~;e <\/p>\n<p>criminal utiai.
