Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :14\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  -----------------------------------\n                   Crl.M.C.No.1235 of 2006\n                  ------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 14thday of June, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioners who are the accused in Crime No.389 of<\/p>\n<p>2005 of Thrikkakara Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 427, 447 &amp; 379 read with Section 34 of I.P.C. seek to<\/p>\n<p>quash the FIR and the final report in the above case.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   As a matter of fact after the filing of the final report in<\/p>\n<p>the case, the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class-I, Aluva had<\/p>\n<p>taken the case on file C.C.No.2009\/2006 and had after trial<\/p>\n<p>acquitted the petitioners on 19\/6\/2009.
