AKSHYABAR TIWARI\n                                   Versus\n                             STATE OF BIHAR\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   19.11.2010          Admit the appeal.<\/p>\n<p>                          LCR has already been called in Cr. Appeal No.<\/p>\n<p>                   1256 of 2010 preferred by co-convicts Ragho Tiwari<\/p>\n<p>                   and Nagendra Tiwari.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Counsel for the appellants submits that<\/p>\n<p>                   altogether 8 persons were put on trial and all have<\/p>\n<p>                   been convicted under Sections 302\/149, 323 and 147<\/p>\n<p>                   of the Indian Penal Code.
