A.G., Punjab.\n           Mr. Amrik Singh Kalra, Advocate, for the complainant.\n\n           1.Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?\n           2.Whether to be referred to the Reporters or not?\n           3.Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\n                      *****\n<\/pre>\n<p>ALOK SINGH, J (ORAL)<\/p>\n<p>           This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in complaint<\/p>\n<p>case No.177 dated 19.9.2009 under Sections 302\/420\/120-B IPC, in the<\/p>\n<p>Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rupnagar.<\/p>\n<p>           Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>summoned to face trial on the private complaint. He has further stated<\/p>\n<p>that co-accused Sajjan Singh was enlarged on bail by this Court vide<\/p>\n<p>order dated 13.9.2010 (Annexure P-6) and another co-accused Jaspal<\/p>\n<p>Singh was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 2.5.2011,<\/p>\n<p>photostat copy of which handed over in the Court is taken on record. He<\/p>\n<p>further states that petitioner is the similarly situated accused.<\/p>\n<p>           Mr. Amrik Singh Kalra, learned counsel for the complainant,<\/p>\n<p>states that it is true that petitioner is the similarly situated accused.<br \/>\n CRM No. M-6776 of 2011 (O&amp;M)<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                                       -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         Mr. K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General,<\/p>\n<p>Punjab, states that during so many inquiries cancellation reports were<\/p>\n<p>filed and thereafter petition filed by the complainant was treated as<\/p>\n<p>complaint thereon petitioner with other co-accused, who have already<\/p>\n<p>been enlarged on bail, was summoned to face trial by the Magistrate.<\/p>\n<p>         Petitioner is appearing before the summoning Court and he<\/p>\n<p>was not taken into custody because his arrest was stayed by this Court<\/p>\n<p>vide order dated 4.3.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>present petition is allowed.
