Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :28\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                             S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                      ==================\n\n                       W.P.(C).No. 20018 of 2010\n\n                      ==================\n\n                 Dated this the 28th day of June, 2010\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is aggrieved is by delay in disposal of Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>application filed in July, 2007, for correction of an alleged mistake<\/p>\n<p>committed by the resurvey authorities while surveying the property<\/p>\n<p>belonging to the petitioner. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
