Learned<\/p>\n<p>                 counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits<\/p>\n<p>                 that   the   Co-operative      Society       and    these       two<\/p>\n<p>                 respondents have at different stages deposited<\/p>\n<p>                 the following amounts:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                        (i) Rs.4.6 lacs- deposited by the Co-<\/p>\n<p>                        operative Society with the appellant<\/p>\n<p>                        Bank up-to 1992.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                        (ii) Rs.27,000\/- deposited by the Co-<\/p>\n<p>                        operative Society with the appellant<\/p>\n<p>                        Bank up-to 1992.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                        (iii) Rs. 95,000\/- Sale proceeds of<\/p>\n<p>                        two     buses    sold    by     the    Bank     and<\/p>\n<p>                        retained by it.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                        (iv)      Rs.7,00,000\/-          deposited          by<\/p>\n<p>                        respondent nos. 1 and 2 as per the<\/p>\n<p>                        order    dated     19.8.2006      (Annexure-1),<\/p>\n<p>                        passed    by    this    Court    in    Cr.    Misc.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>                        Nos. 21632 of 2006, 22413 of 2006 and<\/p>\n<p>                        22564    of     2006,   which    are    lying       in<\/p>\n<p>                        fixed deposit with the Bank and the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>               documents         are    in   possession           of    the<\/p>\n<p>               learned trial court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Let   respondent         nos.     1     and    2    file   a<\/p>\n<p>         supplementary counter affidavit giving details<\/p>\n<p>         of the aforesaid deposits, apart from any other<\/p>\n<p>         relevant    issue,      they    may     be       deemed       fit    and<\/p>\n<p>         proper.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Put up on 2.8.2010 at the top of the<\/p>\n<p>         list under the heading &#8220;For Hearing&#8221;.
