Mata list of TGTs as on 01\/01\/02,01\/01\/03 and 01\/01\/04\n        Ram Premi                      was circulated among all the Kendriya\n                                       Vidyalayas\/Regional Offices vide letter NO. F. 1-\n                                       2\/2002-KVS(RPS) dated 26.02.2003, 27.01.2004\n                                       and F. 1-12\/2005-KVS (RPS dated 14.012005\n                                       respectively. Sh. S.P. Singh may check seniority\n                                       number of Sh. Mata Ram Premi, TGT (S. St.) from\n                                       the seniority list available with the office of any\n                                       Vidyalaya.\n   2    Date of joining as TGT The required information is available at Vidyalaya\n        (S.St.)                        level and whereabouts of Sh. Mata Ram Premi is\n   3.   Year of completion of M. A. not available in the respective section. You are\n        (Eng.)                         requested to either sent his present place of posting\n                                       to enable the cell to obtain the information or your\n                                       may directly obtain the same from the concerned\n                                       Kendriya Vidyalaya\/RO\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nComplainant was not satisfied with information provided. Mentioning letter reference he stated\nthat required information was available at KVS (Hqrs).\n First Appellate Authority order:\nFAA stated in his order on the basis of the particulars received that Complainant is not eligible\nfor considering promotion of the post of PGT.\nDesired information regarding seniority number\/ date of joining in respect of Shri M. R. Premi,\nTGT (S.
