(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>         The present petition has been preferred under Section 438<\/p>\n<p>Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.11<\/p>\n<p>dated 1.2.2009 registered at Police Station Siwani, under Sections 307,<\/p>\n<p>498-A, 323, 342, 406 &amp; 506 IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>         On 26.3.2009, this Court had passed the following order:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                             &#8220;Counsel has submitted that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    No.1 is mother-in-law, whereas petitioner No.2 is<\/p>\n<p>                    younger brother of husband of the complainant.<\/p>\n<p>                    Counsel has further submitted that this is a<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Criminal Misc. No. M-8461 of 2009                                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                    matrimonial dispute. It has been stated that there is<\/p>\n<p>                    no medical evidence or opinion to corroborate the<\/p>\n<p>                    allegations falling within the ambit of Section 307<\/p>\n<p>                    IPC.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                              Issue notice of motion for 15th April 2009.<\/p>\n<p>                              In the event of arrest, petitioners will be<\/p>\n<p>                    released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                    arresting officer. However, petitioners will join<\/p>\n<p>                    investigation as and when called for. Petitioners will<\/p>\n<p>                    abide by the conditions specified under Section 438<\/p>\n<p>                    (2) Cr.P.C.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>          Thereafter, counsel for the complainant made a prayer that<\/p>\n<p>efforts should be made to resolve the dispute amicably.<\/p>\n<p>          Today, counsel for the parties have made efforts to resolve the<\/p>\n<p>dispute amicably but the same could not fructify.<\/p>\n<p>          Mr. Mor, on instructions from Ram Mehar, Inspector,          has<\/p>\n<p>stated that Suresh, husband of the complainant and Balbir Singh, father-<\/p>\n<p>in-law were arrested. After period of their police remand was over, they<\/p>\n<p>were released on regular bail. It is further submitted that other four<\/p>\n<p>accused have obtained anticipatory bail. Mr. Mor has further stated that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners have joined investigation and their custodial interrogation<\/p>\n<p>is not required.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Counsel for the complainant has submitted that the rope which<\/p>\n<p>was used to strangulate the complainant has not been recovered.<\/p>\n<p>          Since the Investigating Agency do not require custodial<\/p>\n<p>interrogation of the petitioners, interim pre-arrest bail granted to the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Criminal Misc. No. M-8461 of 2009                                       3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioners vide order dated 26.3.2009 is affirmed till filing of the report<\/p>\n<p>under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
