NO.32273 OF 2010\nLAXMINIYA DEVI, WIFE OF RAJO RAM, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE BAHNAUR,\nPOLICE STATION NARHAT, DISTRICT NAWADA\n                              VERSUS\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                               *******\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    11\/10\/2010                Heard Counsel for the petitioner and the A.P.P.<\/p>\n<p>                  appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                  under Sections 384 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                               The allegation against the petitioner, who is the<\/p>\n<p>                  Mukhiya, is that she has taken unlawful amount of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                  20,00\/- from the person who has been granted benefit<\/p>\n<p>                  under the Indira Awas Yojana.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Counsel for the petitioner submits that lady<\/p>\n<p>                  who has made the allegation has later on withdrawn her<\/p>\n<p>                  allegation and has sworn affidavit in favour of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               I would not like to make any comment on such<\/p>\n<p>                  affidavit.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               In the facts and circumstances of the case, I do<\/p>\n<p>                  not think it fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
