It is clarified that the respondent will be entitled to wages<br \/>\nin the scale applicable to Checking Inspectors, as per Annexure-C<br \/>\nwith effect from the date of the said  resolution. Difference, if<br \/>\nany, shall be paid to the respondent latest by 31.10.1995.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tPursuant<br \/>\nto the aforesaid order, the respondent was granted some benefit.<br \/>\nThus, the parties will be governed by the aforesaid interlocutory<br \/>\norder. It is, however, observed that the petitioner shall pay all the<br \/>\nlegitimate dues to the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the petition stands disposed of accordingly.
