   ipe-titi-oner is not eligible for voluntaiy retirement<\/p>\n

~V request”‘as.’resignation. Now under the impugned order<\/p>\n

‘  Considering his request of resignation. Hence this Writ<\/p>\n

\nrequest of the petitioner was primarily for voluntary<\/p>\n
