Radhakrishnan,  J.\n       ==================================\n            W.P.(C)No.11166 of 2008\n       ==================================\n      Dated this the 29th day of May, 2008.\n\n\n                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>   Petitioner   challenges  the   proposal  for<\/p>\n<p>supersession under Section 32 of the Kerala Co-<\/p>\n<p>operative Societies Act, 1969.       An interim<\/p>\n<p>order was issued on 2-4-2008 directing stay of<\/p>\n<p>further action on the basis of that notice and<\/p>\n<p>that the petitioner will file a rectification<\/p>\n<p>report regarding the defects pointed out in<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1.  Following that, Ext.R2(a) is placed on<\/p>\n<p>record along with counter affidavit whereby it<\/p>\n<p>is stated that certain further directions and<\/p>\n<p>warnings  have  been   issued  by   the  Deputy<\/p>\n<p>Director of Dairy Development exercising the<\/p>\n<p>powers of the Registrar.   This shows that the<\/p>\n<p>proposal to supersede the committee no more<\/p>\n<p>survives.
